Jacob Heilman - Network Operations

Jacob is part of the network Ops team at Nemsys and is responsible for the day to day operations of the customer’s networks, upgrades, and troubleshooting the servers, email, and network issues. He spends much of his time doing upgrades to servers and email migrations.

Jacob earned his BS in Computer Science from BGSU in 2005 and has been a part of the Nemsys team since 2006. Since this time, he has moved up through many different positions within the company. He holds many Microsoft Certifications and is a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training.

Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys playing with his daughters Fiona and Marlo, helping with projects around the house for his wife, cooking for his family, and tinkering with his classic 1970 MG MGB.
