Job Description
This position is responsible for effective management of network environment. This individual must have excellent communication skills and able to participate in a team structure to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability of equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating systems
- Strong Working Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure, Exchange, SQL.
- Ability to identify trouble areas and work with network operations team to create and implement solutions based on root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting a managed network switch utilizing VLANs, Switch Security, Routing.
- Ability to create Router Configurations with deep knowledge of Layer 3, Firewalls, Ports and protocols.
- Strong knowledge in the following:
- Windows server operating systems (2016,19,22)
- Microsoft SQL
- MS Office 365
- Microsoft Azure
- ability to work after normal business hours and long hours on an as need.
- Associate’s Degree or 6+ years of similar experience.
- Familiar with best practice usage of RMM software
- Ability to work with internal ticketing system required.
- Knowledge of ERP system architecture require.
- Understanding of different Compliances and regulations are a must.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft and windows Operating systems and permissions.
